bookmark resources #24

when i browse project and goals, i would like to star/bookmark some of them and later have them all on one list for easy access

it doesn't change goal data, just links it from a list/collection, just as all bookmarks list work

We can also just call it pin and save a copy of that resource in one of our data spaces. This will provide additional alignment with IPFS
