Add info about contacting the management for items that are not loanable

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When people want to loan an item that is not loanable on the website they should get information about contacting the management

Describe the solution you'd like So when you click on a item that is not loanable ( but its says available), the user should get a message about contacting the management
