Unsorted balcony #21

It has been around 4-5 months since our move to the new office but the balcony area has had little to no progress on tidying up. Items are sprawling on the floor of the balcony area and it unsightly.

@valentine wanted to be in-charge of this area and sort out the stuff. But as there has been little progress, I think it would be better if we can keep track of it on our issues and have this reported/updated every plenum so that we will not forget about sorting it out.

Perhaps @valentine might need help? But thus far, there has not been any messages to the mailing list or chat group asking for help?

I can do this, but where should the items go? Are there shelves I can bring to the balcony?
