The servicemen came in and informed us that the buzzing sound is due to the fan wearing out and possibly spoiling.
Between the time we move to the new space, please avoid using the middle / 3rd airconditioner so that it does not spoil. However, do switch it on once in awhile to ensure it spins and works.
This could potentially avoid issues/troubles with the current landlady in the event of which it breaks down.
