upgraded to Bootstrap 3.3.0 (Cosmo); moved all customisations to styles.less #100

Why can't you use less to create one css file? Atm I think we have /css/bootstrap.cosmo.min.css & /css/styles.css

/css/bootstrap.cosmo.min.css is downloadable at http://bootswatch.com/cosmo/. Easier to upgrade if it's separated.
