Updated the default projector image. :) #53

I'd suggest leaving this one open. We have a fairly serious unresolved issue about the status of guests in the space, making changes ahead of consensus being reached would be somewhat precipitous. I'd suggest that this be held open until we've had the discussion in plenum; I'm thinking of Monday April 7.

Closing this since the new projector has no support for images as background yet.
