Add HTML Push State support. #58

Consolidate header markups into the header partial & use that in the index.mustache file.
Removed border around crest.
Reimplement time in jQuery using the $(document).ready callback.

Uh oh @miccheng. I thought scrollback.io wasn't working because I was testing locally. It's not working on http://hackerspace.sg/ either. Could you look into it and also CC scrollback@jfdi.asia please? @Aravind
