Can't see nickname corresponding to cursor

What happened: Cursor on first line is hidden from the editor toolbar. So, you can't see the nickname.

What you expected to happen: Can see nickname corresponding to cursor

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):

1. Enter the same document with two browsers
2. Place the cursor on the first line and hover over the cursor in another browser
3. You can't see nickname corresponding to cursor
