What this PR does / why we need it?

Bump up Yorkie to 0.4.1.

Any background context you want to provide?

This PR fixes https://github.com/yorkie-team/codepair/pull/277, where there was an issue loading the initial content of the document. This was because previous PR did not include initial setup of the document.
