Whatever the rules or laws you make there always will be smarter people to find loops. To reduce corruption in our country we want to develop a decentralized ipfs and blockchain based FIR lodging system. A person having an FIR will have to face problems like not being able to stand in elections, not being able to travel to some countries etc. Thus highly influential people try to tamper and deleted the physical copies of FIR by bribing the low tier officials. Thus using this system the final copy of an online lodged system will be filed on a two layered secured system i.e ipfs distributed and blockchain secured.
We also, further aim to secure the anonymity of user filing the FIR using two seperate decentralized blockchain databases, one public with only details of FIR and other with user IDs and complaint no. only accessible to higher officials and obtained to public through a RTI application.
We also aim to build a fraud detection system to detect malicious behaviour of policeman verifying the FIRs.
