Overview

We need to create an action steps spreadsheet for the august moderated usability test so we can track all tickets related to these insights

Action Items

[x] create new spreadsheet modeled after previous action steps spreadsheet
- [x] comment where the new spreadsheet is located within the shared drive
[x] add all problems outlined on final slide
[ ] (optional): go through each slide and add rows for each problem
[ ] (optional): migrate previous incomplete Action Steps from Oct '23
[ ] review comments for issues to be added to this spreadsheet
[ ] share with leads
[ ] keep this ticket open until all action steps are resolved (implemented or closed as not planned)

@cottonchristopher if everything looks OK, please proceed with initial set up of the spreadsheet. Once that is set up, the 3 of us can work together to update it via tickets we have created since the presentation.
