Overview

We need to refine the outline for the BOP bookdown so we can begin to scope out and assign chapters/topics for researchers to work on.

Action Items

In the outline document:

[x] Add topics and descriptions of chapters where necessary
[ ] Add questions for further discussion
[ ] Add potential data sources / analysis methods for the chapters
