We need to create a version of the survey to send to Brigade Leads to collect P&Ps.

BOP Process/Practice Collection Form - EDITABLE

Created a form called BOP Process/Practice Collection Form, which contains an edited version of the Collecting Processes and Practices section. We need a bit.ly link for the BOP Processes and Practices Data spreadsheet for the description.

This form is simply a collection form, but doesn't handle if a brigade lead wants to provide additional info to a practice they've already shared but 1) didn't talk about, 2) didn't provide links, etc.

What are the steps to reaching out to interviewees for further practices, mentioned, or not mentioned - provision of link to the P&P. Add to Tuesday BOP Project Call, question for @ExperimentsInHonesty @MarianneAnthonette

@ExperimentsInHonesty Update the intro text and making the BITLY. Identify who we need to reach out to, where there was insufficient information.
