Update GreenEarthOS Roadmap in One-Sheet with "climate conference list" road map.

Action Items

• [x] Make a copy of the latest version of One-Sheet
• [x] Increment the version of the copied One-Sheet
• [x] Review "climate conference list" one-sheet
• [x] Update overall project One-Sheet with ""climate conference list"
• [x] Produce First Draft of One-Sheet
• [x] Review with team
• [x] After approval, change the last updated date in the footer of the document, before converting to PDF version
• [x] After approval, save it as "GreenEarthOS one sheet" and overwrite in the folder
• [x] make a pdf and upload
• [x] Share it with the team (?) to upload on the Hackforla site
• [x] Make sure the latest version is also available on the GreenEarthOS website
