Changed the automation from the ice box to the new issue approval column for new issues. Added explainer cards to the top of the columns. - Free to edit these

Discussed Bonnie's suggestion of establishing a weekly cadence to meetings rather than alternating week to week. Plan is to have All Team Meeting every Tuesday at 6:30PM, followed by breakouts to individual team meetings. Product team will meet Monday nights to prep initially, with the goal to be able to connect for 30min prior to the All Team meeting once we get into a rhythm.
Created issues for diagraming of authentication flows Reminded team about team photo Discussed license implementation. Decided that 2 weeks was sufficient notification, but don't expect that we will refuse if people reach out and request code be removed up to 30 days from announcement.
Need to get feedback from Bonnie on how to handle multiple guests choosing the same host at the same time -- First come first serve, second receives error, e.g. "Host no longer available."
