Allow coordinators to mark tasks as urgent in order to bring them to the top of their task-list.

• [ ] Confirm with Bonnie that this is desirable functionality
• [ ] Add sorting to coordinator fig jam, including urgent task parameter
• [ ] Add to Coordinator Dashboard designs

• Erik suggested idea during team meeting today. From a development standpoint, it would not be a heavy uplift.
• Essentially, tasks marked as urgent would be first in the list, followed by the default criteria.

Not for MVP. Bonnie is thinking that it could be useful to give coordinators a way to flag things and filter out things that aren't flagged. Then they can use it however they want.
