Split headers

This Issue is pending design team approval, but I figured since I'll be gone for a week, best case scenario the code and designs are approved so this issue gets merged or I can come back to get right back to work on this issue for any changes needed.

What changes did you make?

• Removed any authentication logic from the header file
• Styled the header to designs
  • added hamburger and menu for login/signup on smaller screens
• removed mui dropdown
• removed redundant route /coord
• removed route that is no longer needed /profile
• moved /coordinator and /host out of <AppLayout /> parent container since it uses the unauthenticated header
• changed the path a user is taken to when logged out to be sent to the home screen. This was an action item on #574, but due to a merge mistake it wasn't implemented

  Rationale behind the changes?

• Headers were split since an authenticated header has a different function from an unauthenticated one. It also helps keep the code maintainable and easier to read.

  Testing done for these changes

• LocalHost test with desktop/tablet/phone screens

  What did you learn or can share that is new? (optional)

• The Authenticated header takes an onClick prop to have different functions on different routes on the hamburger menu
• Any authenticated routes should be moved out of the <AppLayout /> parent container since it uses the unauthenticated header. This will need to keep getting done as we develop more routes.
