Schema and button update

Closes (No tagged Issue) This PR makes progress on issue #610 by adding new features made on the figma designs. The design of the stepper and schema implementation is updated to include the new Profile Sections feature. Note that these changes only make progress on the mobile view.

What changes did you make?

• Updated the save and exit button to open the Profile sections tab for navigation
• Updated the stepper object to include data about each section of the form.
• Made the Profile Sections component to use for navigation and keeping track of what is completed. There is no logical implemented for making each section complete/incomplete since we need to be able to have the validation and data-saving features made.
• Updated the schema to make up for the pages that have no validation
• Removed the storage of the current step as this feature is no longer desired in favor of the profile sections tab
• made the validation schema easier to refer to from the contentPerSection object by making both indexes of 0

  Rationale behind the changes?

• Save and Exit button was replaced to implement the Profile Sections feature as being opened by a button
• included the data for the sections in the stepper instead since they already had a system in place for navigating the user to different sections of the form by updating the step state
• Profile Sections was included as a new feature from the designs
• The validation schema was not working since it was out of sync from the stepper. Added the blank objects to make up for the welcome and expectations sections not having anything to validate
• Added all the sections as blanks onto main and contentPerSection for better clarity of what the context wrapper is doing.
• The Sections component was made as a pop-up to cover the content on the page. This design was made so that the same component can be used for the Desktop version.

  Testing done for these changes

• Tested pressing the buttons to navigate the form and using the profile sections feature and used sections made in PR #649 as a visual of how the sections would look.

Thanks for the updates @JpadillaCoding this is looking good to me. I have some questions about how we want to interact with this side menu, but I think we'll learn more about that once we get the desktop designs. Otherwise, just a few suggestions for changes to the styling.
