Overview

We need a page where a user can review their application after successfully filling it out.

Action Items

[ ] Add a review application button to the side bar which navigates the user to the review profile page
[ ] Display all profile sections with listed questions and answers
[ ] Each section should have an "edit" button that navigates them to the corresponding section
[ ] A button at the bottom to Submit the application
