What changes did you make?

add real dashboard data for coordinator
add hidden 'admin' screen for routine debugging/dev tasks

Rationale behind the changes?

initial coordinator dashboard integration

Testing done for these changes

user flows for signup/invite user, and view dashboard data

What did you learn or can share that is new?(optional)

use admin_* methods from boto for Cognito IDP controls, i.e. delete user
swap ID fields modeled as string to int64
