The PM and Engineering teams have decided to defer this persona until post-MVP, as these responsibilities are currently being partially handled by the 'Coordinator.' Additionally, the Engineering team believes the potential system change involves role-based access settings, which can be adjusted or revisited after the MVP, as it's manageable within the current AWS configuration.
Problem:
Currently the guest are being onboarded and managed by the coordinator but post MVP we need to revisit the handbook and hash out the details for the 'case manager'
User Story:
I want an automated system so that I can efficiently onboard a guest on the platform, track important case details, and reduce manual administrative tasks, allowing me to focus more on providing personalized support to the guest.
