311 Data
The link that I found in the Slack channel of 311 Data, has quite an extensive data presentation complete with graphs and description of the information given.
Found a link to a power point presentation which I think could be a good way to present UX Research work, the ppt is called TDM Calculator Presentation
Another ppt worth looking at in terms of research work presentation.
Found this PDF about "Use Case Feasibility Report - 311" not sure how helpful this might be in terms of presenting UX Research work but I thought I'd mention it just in case.
There's a mention of a presentation but I don't have the access to it so I couldn't check it just yet. The message in the slack channel.

Mya Stark mentions a "Case Study" in her messages but it wasn't linked to anything.
Otto Penzato says that they were working on a sister project that was also looking into ways that information could be presented among other things.
Couldn't check Brigade Organizer's Playbook's slack channel as I got this prompt when I clicked on the link in the HackforLA Projects list.
Mistook this for Civic Tech Index, but it had some mentions of UX Research Plan so I added it here.

Couldn't find anything relevant in the following Slack Channels:
Looked for the following key terms:
BOP (brigade organizers playbook) signup for the Code for America Slack http://slack.codeforamerica.org/ (they have a paid slack so their history is always available. Do this one last.
Design Systems
Danielle mentioned a few topics of 3 recorded meetings which I think might be useful when it comes to presenting your work whether it's research or visual design etc.
Ryan mentions that he found a list of "Design System Resources" which topics like Case Studies which aligns with our particular issue.
https://medium.com/ramblings-of-a-designer/design-system-resources-and-links-6c7ff9c984d0
Bernard shared a link about design system case study.
Expunge-Assist (formerly known as Record Clearance)
Gretchen shared a link for "Clear My Record report from 2018"
Wesley shared a google doc for "Legal and Online Research"
There is a powerpoint presentation in FOLA (Food Oasis LA) Slack channel about User Personas.
This word document isn't exactly similar to the issue but the manner in which the data is presented could be a good reference.
This word document has quite a bit of documented UX research
Couldn't find anything on GreenEarthOS's slack channel, I think the resources were lost due to slack trail period running out.
Couldn't find anything on Guides's slack channel, I think the resources were lost due to slack trail period running out.
A powerpoint presentation containing a roadmap, this isn't a complete research but considering a roadmap is also an integral part of a UX Research and Case Study I've mentioned it here
There a file called Figma Links, I don't have the access to it so I couldn't check it.
Couldn't find anything on Open Community Survey's slack channel, I think the resources were lost due to slack trail period running out.
There's a link to a word document named TDM Postmortem Notes 2/4 which I don't have access to, not sure if it has any relevant info but I'd like to check the "notes".
Powerpoint presentation named TDM Calculator Presentation
I dont have access to Release Updates and Stakeholder Questions 4/15
PPT named Live Release Updates 3/31 can be a good reference to presenting your research work.
Couldn't find anything on VRMS's slack channel, I think the resources were lost due to slack trail period running out.
@designer2209 Hi! I am a product manager on the BallotNav project, and we have examples of research presentations that our team has developed recently. What is the best way we can contribute to this guides issue?
Hello @staceyrebekahscott, thank you for reaching out. Currently I am gathering examples for this guide issue so if you can provide a link here or on slack to whatever you feel is relevant in regards to "Research Presentation" examples, I'd appreciate that. Once I am done gathering the examples, I'd like to arrange a meeting with you as well according to you availability. Thanks!
@designer2209 Please see the links below.

There is one other slide deck our UX designer is working on, and I'll link to it once she is finished. Let me know if there is anything I can provide in the meantime, and I am open to scheduling a meeting with you whenever your 're ready.
Couldn't find anything on Hack for LA's Website's slack channel, I think the resources were lost due to slack trail period running out.

Hello again @staceyrebekahscott I tried to view the files you mentioned in the comment but I don't have the access to those files and therefore I couldn't check them out.
@designer2209 I made the links accessible to all of Hack for LA as Viewer status. I'll look into why you might not be able to see them.
It was brought to my attention that the slide decks are not properly formatted, so I'll notify you once the guides are updated.

Hi, [@Jason Brown]https://hackforla.slack.com/team/U01G7G1HMU1) are you still the UX/Product lead for 100 Automations project?(if Jason Brown is not the lead anymore, can someone else on the team let me know who is?)
Hi Prakhar. I don’t think this project has a lead right now. The last update from Bonnie is that it’s on hold.
Hello Jason, thank you for letting me know. I would like to know that even if the project currently has no lead and is on hold, would you still be able to help me out? I am working on a guide https://github.com/hackforla/UI-UX/issues/24 and was hoping to gather some more information about how one could present their (UX) research data.
Hi, @Eric Cho are you still the Product Manager for 311 Data project? (if Eric Cho is not the lead anymore, can someone else on the team let me know who is?)
Hi! How can I help?
Hi [@Eric Cho], I am a project team member for the Guides Team I'd like to know if your team has built a Guide on How to Present Your UX Research work, do you have time to meet with me?
We haven't done any work w research in a while. We're looking for a researcher now to help with our upcoming launch. I'm pretty sure we use another project as a guide. Sorry can't be more helpful!
I see, thank you very much for the information Eric, I appreciate it.
Summary of Communication
Hi, @Assel Abilova are you still the UI/UX Lead for Access The Data project? (if Assel Abilova is not the lead anymore, can someone else on the team let me know who is?)
Hey Prakhar, Assel is no longer with the project. We have 2 leads currently. [@Mariana Melo-Vega] for research and [@Kevin Chu] for design.
Hello [@Lucy Chang], thank you for letting me know. I will get in touch with them
Hi [@Mariana Melo-Vega], I am a project team member for the Guides Team I'd like to know if your team has built a Guide on How to Present Your UX Research work, do you have time to meet with me?
Hi Prakhar! Sorry for the delay in responding. We do not possess any guides, but it is an intriguing idea. If you guys are developing any research on this, we would definitely be interested in checking it out!
Hey Mariana, it's alright and yes definitely once I am done collecting all the necessary information I will create a guide for the same and everyone would be able to access it!
Hello again [@Mariana Melo-Vega] I would like to apologize about the misunderstanding from my end before. What I wanted to ask was whether your team has worked on or created any sort of documentation about presenting the UX Research you might have done for the project and if you don't have anything of that sort how does your team present their research. Again, sorry for the misunderstanding, my brain just....didn't help me.
Summary of Communication
Hey Prakhar, here is all the presentations that I have around UX research in Access the Data. It's a lot, so if youre confused, just let me know and i can try to explain everything to the best of my ability:

people usually present results/progress by sharing their screen and showing something on figma or github. but sometimes they also make presentations. we don't have a standarized way of doing that (https://hackforla.slack.com/archives/D03UPAPHVJP/p1661219127338809) we are trying to organize all the research we have done in our github wiki here: https://github.com/hackforla/access-the-data/wiki/ATD-Team-Research-Plans (https://hackforla.slack.com/archives/D03UPAPHVJP/p1661219215270529) if you click on the links for each persona (i.e. Data Expert, Data Enthusiast, Community Activist) under "research on personas" you can see the the assets.
That is indeed quite a bit. I will go through them and let you know if I need help. Thank you for the links
Hi, [@fedelandini] are you still the UI/UX Lead for BallotNav project?(if Federica Landini is not the lead anymore, can someone else on the team let me know who is?)
Hi [@Federica Landini] yes, together with Irina. I had to pause my commitment with hack for La and with Ballotnav, but if you need anything just let me know)
Hi [@fedelandini], I am a project team member for the Guides Team I'd like to know if your team has built a Guide on How to Present Your UX Research work, do you have time to meet with me?
We have a team of researchers now that can explain what done for the phase 2 of the project: reach out to [@Stacey (she/her)] and [@Karen (she/her/ella) (PST)]
I see, thank you very much Federica, I will ask them.
Tagging [@Jon Lam (EST)] [@Zuri Smith]
Hey Prakhar! Zuri and I are researchers on the BallotNav team. We understand that you're looking to set up a quick chat to go over how to present our research? https://hackforla.slack.com/archives/C0191KE1XB7/p1659367125162719?thread_ts=1659366862.008339&cid=C0191KE1XB7
Hello Jon, yes I am working on a guide https://github.com/hackforla/UI-UX/issues/24 and was hoping to gather some more information about how one could present their (UX) research data.
Conclusion: They are following [BallotNav Communications Guide for Document Creation INTERNAL to present their UX Research work.Hi, [@Tan] are you still the UI/UX Lead for Civic Opportunity project? (if Tan Zhou is not the lead anymore, can someone else on the team let me know who is?)

Hi, [@Danish] are you still the Product Manager for Civic Tech Jobs project? (if Danish is not the lead anymore, can someone else on the team let me know who is?)
Hey Prakhar, yes I am. how can i help
Hi [@Danish], I am a project team member for the Guides Team and I'd like to know if your team has worked on or created any sort of documentation/presentation about presenting the UX Research you might have done for the project and if you don't have anything of that sort how does your team present their research, do you have time to meet with me?
[@Summer] correct me if im wrong but we don't have a defined presentation format that's documented for presenting research findings. but we have a few key fields and insights that are included. [@Prakhar Singh] if its helpful we can share a sample presentation for you to see what key items are included and you can get some insight from there, but these next few weeks are quite hectic for me and I don't think ill have the chance to separately meet with you.
Hi [@Prakhar Singh]! [@Danish] is right, we don’t have a formal documentation for research presentation formats. We usually have an overview slide, then the main insights and recommendations before going into the details of the data/analyses. Feel free to take a look at this recent presentation for an example: [Insights from the New Volunteer Survey (for CTJ team)](https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1dmjbShEr0uvqCfEduaLpBNisEZL4FVtUUsRh2vhbdlQ/edit#slide=id.g122462068e0_0_143)
Hi, [@Wataru Inoue] are you still the Lead UI/UX Designer for Design Systems project? (if Wataru Inoue is not the lead anymore, can someone else on the team let me know who is?)
Hi Prakhar! This is Yas the PM of the DS team. Is there something that I can help you with?
Hi [@Yasaman (Yas)], I am a project team member for the Guides Team I'd like to know if your team has worked on or created any sort of documentation/presentation about presenting the UX Research you might have done for the project and if you don't have anything of that sort how does your team present their research, do you have time to meet with me?
Hi Prakhar! We have an amazing research team and they occasionally present their findings to the team.
Hi [@Prakhar Singh] I’m the lead researcher for this team. How can I help? What kind of info are you looking for?
Hi Kelene, I am looking for some sort of documentation (or any guideline) you and your team might have created which you and/or your team members would refer to when presenting their UX research work. I am working on [Guide: How to Present Your Work (UX Research)](https://github.com/hackforla/UI-UX/issues/24). (edited)
Hi, [@Ryan Mayott] are you still the Lead UI/UX Designer for Engage project? (if Ryan Mayott is not the lead anymore, can someone else on the team let me know who is?)
Hi, [@Val] are you still the Lead Researcher for Expunge Assist project? (if Valeriya Metla is not the lead anymore, can someone else on the team let me know who is?)
Hello Prakhar! I am PM for Research Team. lead Researchers are [@Joanna Steinhardt] and [@Nick Doyle]
Hi Prakhar — are you new to the Expunge Assist team?
Hi [@Joanna Steinhardt], I am not a part of the Expunge Assist team I am a member of the Guides Team and I'd like to know if your team has worked on or created any sort of documentation/presentation about presenting the UX Research you might have done for the project and if you don't have anything of that sort how does your team present their research, do you have time to meet with me?
Overview
We need to create a guide for how UX researchers should present their work to stakeholders, so that researchers at Hack for LA can reference it and learn effective practices for presenting their work.
