Issue to be worked on once #1596 is completed.

Overview

The Admin page has been distorted due to the updated nav bar being styled with Material UI. Please implement the updated Figma design using MUI to ensure styling is up to date.

Action Items

[ ] Apply Material UI styling to match the Figma design below.
