Form Validation - HFLA Website URL

Overview

Currently, the projects details form doesn't have any validation. It increases onboarding time because user needs to go back and frequently correct typos (Form validation)

The project’s form fields need data validation, as opposed to them being free text fields. Updated form should look as follows:

[ ] HFLA Website URL: add in validation - https://www.hackforla.org/projects[ ] - this will be a placeholder that will allow the user to copy and paste the final URL. Placeholder will be red if it is incorrect. Developers to find the best way to validate.

Hey @JackHaeg I'm going to kick this back to the IceBox as currently any sort of validation requirement on this field causes users to generate junk data just to get past this requirement.

Discussed with Trillium and based on feedback from Bonnie - we will be revising this issue so that this is a validated field that is not required. Error message = "correct or delete URL"
