Audit VRMS GitHub Roster

Overview

Currently, the VRMS GitHub Read and Write teams include a number of inactive users and require an audit to reflect current members. Conduct audit of GitHub members and update user lists.

Action Items

• [x] Reference the VRMS Team Roster and make sure that everyone on this roster is included on the VRMS GitHub READ team.
  • [x] Created Google Sheet (VRMS GitHub Audit - 2024.09.26) with all VRMS Team Roster members who are not currently on the VRMS Read team (some of whom are no longer with the organization)
  • [x] Review VRMS GitHub Audit - 2024.09.26 with Bonnie about adding these users back to the VRMS READ Team
  • [x] Add these missing members back to the VRMS READ Team on GitHub (pending approval)
• [x] Remove all members who are listed as "inactive" on the VRMS Team Roster from the WRITE team on GitHub
• [x] Review who is not included on the VRMS Team Roster and who is still included on the VRMS Write team. Create a spreadsheet roster of these individuals and share with Bonnie.

• Noticed that inactive users who were removed from VRMS WRITE were also removed from VRMS READ.
• Discuss Members who are only the VRMS Child team.

Reviewed Audit Results with Bonnie on 2024-26-09 and completed final steps of audit:

• [x] Add members who were removed from Read Team after removing from WRITE
• [x] Re-add members Missing from READ Team who were on the roster (still a member of HfLA - those who are no longer part of HfLA cannot be re-added)
• [x] Re-add members who were only on the WRITE team to the READ team as well (e.g., Trillium, Brad)
• [x] Go back through Read team, make sure everyone is actually on the team (not on child team)
• [x] Check Who is currently on Write and is not on the roster. Then place each of these individuals on the READ team if not already added, and remove them from write.
