I'm not sure if the last 4-5 items are relevant the project. They are on the timeline template but not on the list of tasks found on the time and cost budget google sheet.

Also, the budget document should be updated as it does not include email text as a task. I believe it should be, I've updated it here but do not have permission to edit the budget in the google drive.
