Slides content done but still need to change the slide format to the hfla template-- will do tomorrow

Slides done for now-- header banners include HfLA logo, maybe change to Access the Data logo once logo's finalized.

Title slide still needs finalized Title of Workshop and Date of the workshop. Agenda slide has three different versions to be chosen, wasn't sure which one was the best visually.
