Create Welcome to AtD email template #223

Overview

When folx join the project, we should be able to send them a getting started package to help them navigate the project space, understand AtD, and get them to their first commit as quickly as possible. We need to create an email template that we can send to new contributors to help get them started.

Welcome to Access the Data, we are so glad to have you join our team!

We have a lot of work to do, but before you dive in I want to give you a little starter kit to introduce you to our working environment and how we are managing this project.

Access the Data is managed in GitHub, an on-line software development platform. Having gone through onboarding, you should already have an account. On GitHub we use project boards, or kanbans, to manage the work being done. To onboard you we created an issue you can find here [link to issue].
