Create onboarding training material for PMs

Overview

PMs come and go, so we should make sure that as we finish updating the onboarding materials that we leave instructions for future PMs on how to use these materials to onboard folx to AtD.

• [ ] Create draft of document here
  • [ ] list out steps for onboarding, referencing the email template (#223) and onboarding wiki pages
• [ ] Review with other PMs to see if the correct information is there
• [ ] Have UX Writer review and pretty-up the copy
• [ ] Ask team to take a look and give feedback on clarity
• [ ] Make updates based on feedback
• [ ] PMs finalize and sign-off
