Overview

We need to build out an educational glossary to put on the website to explain certain terms to end users for clarity.

Action Items

Researcher

[ ] Look at gaps of knowledge that users potentially need more guidance with
- [ ] Is it confusing words?
- [ ] Is it a tutorial on how to use the tool?
[ ] Determine format of information

Writer:

[ ] Create a list of commonly used terms
[ ] Review list with team and edit based on feedback
[ ] Draft definitions aimed for end users as the audience
[ ] Review definitions with team and edit based on feedback
[ ] Work with team to determine where glossary will live on the website
[ ] If needed, adjust glossary to fit where the team has determined where the glossary will live on the website

Designer:

[ ] Hand off glossary to designer to put into the website design
