Decided to move away from carousel for now and the interim solution is to stick with one page from the carousel as a static section. Change is noted and reflect in CURRENT high fi wireframe figma

- need to consider better and more permanent alternative to carousel after devs have answered some questions about which technology they are going to use to build out the website
