sarah is breaking this issue down into multiple issues
Here’s the general flow
Start by identifying relevant NCs + CCs
[ ] Create slides that walk through identifying NC + CC by address, explain CC relevance
Assume that there is no NC/CC issue (or issue linked to a request type “definitionally” - e.g. there area at the top of the mind of the user
With this assumption, guide the user through three primary visualizations (Time to Close, Frequency, Request Volume) under the 311 “Data Visualization” feature, explain how the information in the visualization may indicate relevant issues in the user’s NC to explore + more tools in the 311 ecosystem (Alpha, Map, etc.)
For example, SSL requests 50% longer to close than any request type, Is this the same in the neighboring NC? -> Comparison
[ ] Create slides that explain the potential issues / investigations to be done from Time to Close, Frequency, Request Volume visualizations + potential explorations linking to other tools #109
Go over Graffiti as a pertinent example to South Central NC, "sort - of" conclusion to first exercise
Include the analysis that leads to South Central as highest contributor/largest volume of GFT
[ ] Create slides that contain above explained Graffiti content
^ broke up into 2 separate issues for now - will add more later once the details are more fleshed out

~#109~
Overview
In order to effectively deliver a workshop, we will need to create a presentation that will outline the use of features within the 311data.org tool.
