Last night we talked about different ways we could create an interactive process that did not require building an app. One of the ways mentioned by Andrea was using google docs. The 3 major problems we identified are labeled A, B and C. We identified more layers of root causes for problem "C", though the 5th layer is yet to be determined. Since problem "C" was the most well covered one, I added some of the proposed solutions for each of the "wing" of the root causes.

The yellow "...?" sign identifies the layer where one major cause should be chosen for further analysis.

To-do list:

• Choose the core problem to be solved: A, B or C.
• Fill-out all 5 (or more) layers of root causes for the chosen problem.
• Brainstorm solutions for the main root cause (usually 5th layer).
