Need to create a script to create labels with project names so that we may create a task manager dashboard for all organizational guide initiatives we would like product managers/pm's to complete i.e. Google calendar settings

Updates from Bonnie

Rabia and Bonnie are heading efforts to do a calendar and zoom audit for projects, checking frequency, where meetings are showing up, template for how to name meetings. This effort will be repeated annually by project teams, we are hopeful that PMs will follow-through with making changes to invites as needed.
Bonnie wrote some instructional "what to do" as well as formula for auditing
Rabia and Bonnie will be hosting a one PM per team mandatory meeting, so that they can complete the audit
Will do a full Slack audit - will copy every pin, bookmark, and description into a document, and will probably launch other special project with specific
Finish working on Slack guide once the audit is complete. Research team to better understand how these things are working for team members.
Bonnie is setting up these projects for Joan Baker community volunteers or others

BallotNav Calendar

Checked on Ballotnav calendar shares - people only need to be invited to events, not shared in the calendar settings. Only account that needs to be shared is hfla...

Response from Fang to go over with Bonnie:

This is not for the database but for the documentation. It’s text that appears in the header and footer. 
Examples: [linux kernel](https://docs.kernel.org/) and [python](https://docs.python.org/3/) documentation.
Blank is also okay. I think author and release are either not useful or not displayed. copyright  is 
the only thing that's useful to show other than project name. I guess it's actually the authors of the 
documentation that hold the copyright, so maybe it should be "PeopleDepot Team" or "PeopleDepot Contributors".

Reviewing Lucky Parking off-boarding process due to their request in the #admin slack channel about adding new team members to the project repo. Updated our wiki foR GitHub management to be more directional for PM's.
Review website and come up with ideas for how to add org leaders to the website, list names on admin page
We owe Code for America (CFA) some stats, Karen to check to see if she can get into her hackforla email, and get started on these tasks

Since this is newly formed we may not have filed one yet. In lieu of that is it possible to get any significant form from the filing process? - don't have a 990 yet because we are under the revenue threshold that would require us to complete this form.
