We need an audit of the recruitment labels for all HfLA active projects so that the usage can be standardized across all projects.

[x] Check the open roles board for projects
[x] Update the spreadsheet if:
- a new '''feature: recruitment''' label is created
- a label already exists

Hi Bonnie, Please review the spreadsheet.

I have not made any changes to the existing labels (deleted duplicates, etc.), only noted the information.
Please let me know if you want me to work on the last 4 projects (as they are not active)
Am I missing any projects?
