After looking at georgia more deeply it seems there are two repositories of info on the sos website with the following language:

Absentee ballot applications can be returned by mail, fax, email (as an attachment), or in-person to the local County Board of Registrar’s Office.

Next steps are:
- [x] calling the number and finding out if absentee ballots can be dropped at the early voting locations, or if there is a different address where they need to be dropped, given that the offical's address is a mailing address.

@ryanmswan I will be giving them a call first thing tomorrow morning to confirm this information for you.

@ryanmswan Spoke to a couple locations and each allows voters to drop off absentee ballots. Have not been able to reach the SOS website as their line is receiving a high amount of traffic.

@ryanmswan thanks for the work! I noticed that a few address locations were blank example row 23. I found the data by going to this site and looking up the county name : https://elections.sos.ga.gov/Elections/advancedVotingInfo.do Do you mind doing the same for other locations with no address. Thanks!
