  • address_1 = Street name and address #
  • address_2 = suite # or room #, etc
  • city = city name
  • zip = keep main 5 letter zip
  • state_2 = two letter abbreviation for the address (for some states the location is in a different state than the voting district)

I think there are duplicate rows now that names are removed, should I just go ahead and de-dupe or is that something that'll happen on ingestion?

I requested an official copy of Wisconsin's data from the state, and they emailed me an Excel file with everything we need. Of course it doesn't conform to our file format, but I'll manually address that during import. Existing Wisconsin work can be stopped/abandoned.

I'll update this issue once I've actually processed Wisconsin's data.
