Update Volunteer Validation Script

Overview

In our launch of our product for Georgia's special election in 2021, we noticed that the validation script as it stands was unable to help us catch incorrect data.

DeKalb County, in particular, was not even in the vicinity of being correct for the January 2021 special election. Its locations seem to have been from the November 2020 general election.

Action Items

• [ ] Add something along these lines to validation script
• [ ] Ask staff whether or not the locations/website/etc are relevant for the election we're working on. EX: Is the address 123 Broadway an active ballot drop box location for the 2021 special election? / Is the information found in the website Dekalbcounty.org accurate for the 2021 primary election?
