As of 2/26, we have two documents called roster. We need to standardize on one google sheet and fix all the links to it to point to the one roster.

[x] Consolidate roster to one google document
[x] Delete the contents in the other roster while noting the URL of the correct one
[x] Fix link to roster in Wiki, and ReadMe

This issue is complete. Updated the roster and re-added previous team members
