Overview

When meeting with Bonnie, we noticed that Karen only had access to one roster, but Bonnie was seeing two. Karen needs to onboard Ballot Nav drive onto the new shared drive format that all HackforLA projects follow.

Action Items

Karen to do:

• [x] Log onto ballotnav gmail drive
• [x] find ballotnav in your personal shared drive
• [x] navigate between both drives to copy all the folders
• [x] you want to make sure the folders are exactly the same, then starting with the documents that belong to you, begin to transfer them to shared drive
• [ ] transfer documents during team meeting time permitting
• [ ] reach out to former team members and book 30-minutes to transfer files

@kcoronel When might you be available for us to go over this either Wednesday or Thursday? I have access to the shared drive but I cannot find any docs I created in the shared folder, and for some reason I cannot get your video to play.

@kcoronel I think all my files have been moved from the shared folder into the shared drive (although I cannot tell exactly). I am removing myself from this issue. Please let me know if any files I missed need to be moved.

@kcoronel The internship team can help with this, but only with people who are not involved with the project anymore. They need the PMs to make sure all current team members have their files fully moved over. The Migration issue: https://github.com/hackforla/google-drive-migration/issues/5 has a check list and other resources we can use to make sure all existing team members are fully moved over. I think there are still some files team members need to move, so we can discuss a plan for getting that done. And they have a template for reaching out to non team members. Once we have exhausted all of those items, we can then we can ask the intern team for assistance.
