Overview

What types of people do we need to have on an advisory board? Use Youth Justice Navigator Advisory Board as a starting point: https://www.youthjusticenavigator.org/advisory-board

Action Items

Need to discover:

[ ] Why are these people on the board?
[ ] What is their motivation for agreeing to being on the board?
[ ] How does being on the board benefit them?
[ ] What is the coverage in expertise offered by the board members?
[ ] What approach was taken to get them to agree to be on the board?
[ ] What are their current roles and what exactly do they do?

Resources/Instructions

We need to use this information to develop personas for who we would like on our board.
UX Researcher/ Designer to determine the best way to organize and present this information to the team, add/revise questions as they see fit to best gather the information.

Hey team, figured I'd get going with a miro board so we can begin compiling data for each advisor. Thoughts on the format?

Also, as there are 5 of us in here (including Carrie) and 13 advisors, maybe we can each take 2-3? I can grab the first 2 (Alisa and Leah) to start
