Overview

Set up a pool of users of people we know as a sample group. The goal is to understand the pain points users experience when using the current version of BallotNav. It is critical we understand every step of the process users are going through, and everything they consider when they are evaluating whether a voting tool is worth using again.

Action Items

[ ] Set up spreadsheet where we can all add people who can provide feedback
[ ] Add 15-20 names (sample only needs 10, but more just in case of availability issues, etc.)
[ ] Plan out what is needed in order to conduct calls (script of what to say, questions, process for how calls should flow)
[ ] Organize how data is to be collected and displayed for review (spreadsheet, slide deck)
[ ] Schedule and conduct calls

As per the new direction of the project, I am moving this to the backlog and removing assignees.
