Check categories and/or projects on discourse for broader connectivity #16

Example, "courtbot" is a topic tag, but on Discourse it is not a "tag", but there is a courtbot categorization:

Task is to get all types of categorization on Discourse, and map it over on the statusboard.

Maybe there's a task here to review topics in Discourse and the Project Index and figure out which ones we want to keep/encourage and which ones should be merged, etc?
