Consistency with Brigade Website #80

We should try to change the current style of the Statusboard to something closer to the Brigade website https://brigade.codeforamerica.org/

I think it might be possible to achieve this with Honeycrisp since it appears to be working for non-Ruby projects if they build the "static assets" separately. Similar/same as SHIBA https://github.com/codeforamerica/shiba/pull/330.
