Break down role descriptions into Catagories

Overview

We need to have seperate documents for each role description category so that we can list/link to them on the website via the open roles, and use them for our job posts.

• [x] Break out all of the role categories in to separate documents:

• [x] Update each of the docs to include a place for Volunteer Match versions of the role
• [x] Change the current roles document to be an index of all the other documents
  • [x] Add the link to the role document to the resources section of issue #61 and release the dependency and moving it to the prioritized backlog.
• [x] Make sure all of the role docs are comment only
• [x] Create a new issue for each role category Markdown file

Per discussion in 11/22 meeting, @tan-zhou will separate the remaining roles to align with the role categories on the HfLA website.

I updated the previously mentioned categories and created separate documents for Ops, Content, and QA.

We need to have someone create an issue on the https://github.com/hackforla/revenue repo to use the template to take the roles that chelsey made and see if the template works.
