Created the spreadsheet - UX Recruitment Pipelines

@ssuvarna1234 - Great! I tried to open the Google Form but couldn't access it. Is it restricted? Did we get a chance to share with the UX/UI Slack Group yet?
@rfambro2 Apologize for that! I changed the settings and it should work now! Let me know if you are still having troubles.
@ssuvarna1234 - We've updated the questions a little. Can you take the responses from the last spreadsheet and link them to this one? @ExperimentsInHonesty - Will send you a template that you can also use to tweak the look and feel of the form.
@rfambro2 Hi yes of course! The spreadsheet should be all updated now!
@rfambro2 @ExperimentsInHonesty I did want to point out that the following question on the google form "If "YES" then would you be interested in posting on behalf of Hack for LA?" is required to answer. However if you answered NO to the previous question the answer options would not make sense. Maybe we should add a N/A option?
