Overview

Action Items

[x] Find out what the capabilities are with the survey. Specifically can we create different paths so that each user only sees the questions that are relevant to them.
[x] Evaluate what the ArcGIS survey platform can do
- [x] what type of answer methodology is allowed (checkboxes, radio buttons, sliders, etc.)?
[ ] Add identified tutorials to the resources of this issue.

After talking with Julien we are going to use ArcGIS. I setup an account, which is now in the 1password vault "Open Community Survey" and added Phoebe to it.
