Cleanup after committed pyc files. I've ruled them out in the global gitignore file.
@salice We should probably make some kind of determination about what files should be allowed/disallowed in the repo. I ruled out CSV/TSV, but there may be times we want to allow them. Probably should also rule out Excel files and similar data files so no giant files get committed to the repo.
