Convert Drive Storage from Current to Shared Drive

Overview

We need to move our files to a more secure and sustainable storage solution so that we don't lose them.

Action Items

• [x] Draft explanation of what and why we're doing this.
  • [x] Update the guide. https://github.com/hackforla/product-management/issues/268
  • [x] Draft message to send to team members. (ask for what we need and add guide if they want to read more about it)
• [x] Invite Ryan and Sophia to the Shared Google Drive.
• [x] Make list of authors of files in the current Google Folder.
• [x] Discuss with Ryan and Sophia (Th 8 PM meeting) how to get authors to move their files (have Ryan and/or Sophia reach out to authors).
• [x] E-mail team members and add them to the drive so files can be moved.
• [ ] Confirm that files were moved over properly.
• [ ] Fix references to the old drive and change them to the new drive once files are moved (search issues for "google" and "drive")
