Re-organize our Drive

• 8/15 this issue has been reopened because i have some new ideas for improving the drive organization even more

• [ ] move all plans to github issues
• [ ] have a repository folder that is catered toward non-researchers, and have another folder that is organized by iterations of studies. use shortcuts to display the same file in multiple places.

• [x] Receive Content Manager permissions in Drive
• [x] Rearranged Research Team drive files, decreasing number and redundancy of primary-level "navigation" folders
  • [x] Put unused files in an archive folder
  • [x] combine FF cover page P1 spreadsheet files into 1 spreadsheet with different tabs
• [x] Deleted spreadsheets borders, empty columns/rows
• [x] Combined stubs and related content
• [x] Added conditional formatting and data validation to cells
